01 What is the ESAVVO VIP Reservation?
The VIP Reservation secures your exclusive launch benefits before ESAVVO goes live on Kickstarter. Your reservation gives you access to the VIP offer and associated benefits when our Kickstarter campaign launches. The reservation itself is not a Kickstarter pledge or a purchase of the final product.
02 Is my reservation deposit refundable?
Yes. Your reservation deposit is fully refundable at any time before our Kickstarter launch, no questions asked. If you change your mind before the campaign goes live, you can request a full refund of your reservation deposit.
03 Does my deposit count toward my Kickstarter purchase?
No. The deposit is used to reserve your VIP benefits rather than as a payment toward your Kickstarter reward.
If you successfully back an eligible ESAVVO reward on Kickstarter, your reservation deposit will be refunded after the Kickstarter campaign ends, while your reserved VIP benefits will remain valid.
04 How do I keep my VIP benefits when Kickstarter launches?
When ESAVVO launches on Kickstarter, we’ll provide reservation holders with instructions on how to access the eligible VIP reward.
As long as you successfully back the qualifying Kickstarter reward, your reserved VIP benefits will remain secured.
05 When will ESAVVO launch on Kickstarter?
ESAVVO is currently planned to launch on Kickstarter in January 2027.
We’ll keep VIP reservation holders updated with important launch news and access information as we get closer to the campaign.
06 When will ESAVVO ship?
Shipping will begin after the Kickstarter campaign has concluded.
A more detailed production and fulfillment timeline will be provided on the Kickstarter campaign page closer to launch.
07 Where will ESAVVO be available?
For this launch, ESAVVO will be available for shipping within the United States only.
We’re focusing on the U.S. market for our initial release.
08 Does ESAVVO support prescription lenses?
No. This version of ESAVVO is not compatible with prescription lenses.
We recommend considering this before placing your reservation or backing the product on Kickstarter.
09 What warranty does ESAVVO include?
ESAVVO comes with a one-year limited warranty.
